The buses that Outback Spirit use are custom-made Mercedes Benz 4WD coaches. The drivers for Outback Spirit need to have at least 10 years’ worth experience of driving large or heavy vehicles. The coaches contain reclining seats and lots of leg room, a restroom, Satellite Communication System, a vehicle monitoring system that runs Australia-wide, state-of-the-art P.A system, DVD player, television and road camera, refrigeration and hot water urn, and a wide-ranging First Aid Kit. The bus is designed for the comfort of the people travelling with Outback Spirit, whether it is on or off road travelling.
